OTR Capital was Founded
Founded as OTR Capital in 2011, we set out with a mission to deliver exceptional value to our clients through innovative financing and back office solutions for the transportation industry.
Proprietary software
Developed in 2014, gives smaller carriers the ability to manage factored receivables efficiently. Our recourse factoring platform was added in 2015 to enhance invoicing capabilities for larger carriers.
Mobile App
OTR Solutions was among the first factoring companies to create an intuitive, full-service mobile app. The mobile technology, launched in 2015 and redesigned in 2021, enables our clients to take photos, process invoices, and access payment status wherever they go.
The Client Portal
The client portal gives customers full visibility into the what we are doing on their behalf. Created in 2016, the Client Portal delivers the speed, efficiency, and advanced features that carriers need as they grow.
BOLT Instant Payment
Developed in 2021, BOLT Instant payment gives carriers 24/7 access to their factored funds. Finally, you can break out of your banker’s 9-to-5 box—and cut funding fees, too.
Partnership with DAT Freight & Analytics
DAT operates the largest truckload freight network in North America. We partnered with DAT in 2021, enabling our clients to find loads on DAT’s board and immediately see which loads are factorable through OTR Solutions.
Launch of OTR Solutions
On June 15th, 2022 OTR Capital changed its name to OTR Solutions. The change sent a clear message to the industry that we are more than just a financing and back office solution, but a solution for virtually every aspect of our client's business.
