I just wanted to say that Alex and her team have been amazing to me. Alex responds to my emails quickly and anytime I call, someone is always available and willing to help me. The invoice processing runs so smoothly and I'm grateful for that. I'll probably never go elsewhere for my factoring needs. I know there's companies out there that have a lower percentage rate for invoicing but I'm willing to pay more just because the service is that good and I've already built a business relationship with Alex and her team.
